 Today we read “constantly risking absurdity” by Lawrence Ferlinghetti and we discussed the most absurd things we have done in life. I stated the most absurd thing i have done was almost fail the 10th grade. So far I’ve managed to change my grades and maintain on a somewhat good path but this is all about progressing. 

 Today we continued to work on our project based on a few activities we had to choose from. It was on the book “fences”. I chose the music assignment. It was a very fun activity to do.

 TODAY we watched the Movie for the  book “fences”. I realized everything in the movie is like the book. We also completed a sheet full of questions that we had to turn in. This was a fun activity for us to do Because we were able to analyze the book and the movie.

 Today we are nearly done with the book fences. Mr rease said we will get to watch the movie next week and I’m really excited about it. He made a joke with us that was pretty funny. He made it seem like we had a whole bunch of work to do for homework but he was just joking lol.

 Today we are nearly done with fences. It’s getting really crazy because we found out how Troy got a young women pregnant and she died. I found that really disturbing and sad that Troy now has to take care of a baby on his own. But that is what he gets for cheating on his wife. i tend to feel really bad for Rose.

 Today we did another worksheet while reading fences. In this work sheet we provided textual evidence to support our claims. I felt this activity can really help me with writing argumentative essays in the future.

 Today we continued reading Fences. More throughout the book i get to know more about Troy and how much of a narcissist he is . He treats his family pretty bad. his son Corey wants to play football and he’s not really siding with it.

 Today we Started a book called Fences. At first it was really boring but we are still reading it so hopefully i would be more interested. We did a worksheet also based on the characters of the book. I was able to finish it.
